Updates

  • My brother has a passion for history. He's a high school history teacher and he shares his passion with his students. I've never been to one of his classes, but when I talk to old students of his, it's clear he's one of the teachers who really cares — both about the students and the subject matter. His passion bloomed into something great on Friday morning.

The powerful story of the experience that my brother created is here. I was very proud to be in the audience that day. The story was covered by the AP, and now more people who were on that death train are contacting my brother.

  • My newsletter, The Drewsletter, came out on Friday. You can read it all here. You can also subscribe using the box on the left of this (and every page).

  • My family welcomed to new souls into the world on September 1st, 2007. Nephews Drew and Nick made it safely. This was big for my family, as my sister and her husband have had their fair share of challenges in this regard. You can read my brother-in-law's thoughtful, life-affirming account here.
  • The Very Cool Life Network is ready to roll. I suspect this group is right for about 2%… Give the site a gander to see if that's you. Check it out here. To introduce the program, I created some videos. The first one is below and the others (which outline the program) can be found at the Very Cool Life Network site.
