Below is from my WHAT TO EXPECT during an LOA LIFE Coaching Session:

Thanks for booking your 30-minute Law of Attraction Life Coaching Session
with me. Simply put, it’s going to be a great experience for both of us.
Here’s just a quick guide of what to expect so we can jump right into the
coaching call.
1) Please call on time. Sessions are usually booked back to back, so if you call
right on time, (not early, not late) it works best for everyone. Another person
will be calling in after you, so sessions usually don’t run over the allotted
30 minutes. This is plenty of time, by the way.
2) The number to call is (518) 642-3111.
3) These are Law of Attraction sessions, meaning this is the perspective you will
be coached from. In a practical sense, this means our focus will always go to
the ROOT of any issue; we don’t spend much time talking about symptoms or
stories.
4) Before coaching you, I take a moment to connect to my collective consciousness
 so I can get a much better read on what’s present in the moment and your
vibration. There’s not much to this really, though you may notice my speech may
sound slightly different and I may use the plural “we” to address you (“What we
see going on here”)
Calls usually begin with me saying the words, “Please go ahead” or “We’re ready
for your question” and end with the question, “Do you feel complete for now?”
You’ll see none of this is a big deal, but it’s a (wonderfully) different process, so
worth a mention here. I’ll just say it’s the most powerful coaching I’ve ever done
and you’ll judge for yourself.
5) Coaching-wise, you will notice that things move quickly as the point of our
connection is to get to the heart of the matter. You can expect to be interrupted
and re-focused on the issue at hand when things start to stray. These sessions are
much more directive than “polite passive listening.”
6) The best way to prepare for your session is to simply think about your intention
for the call. Before we talk, take a moment to connect with yourself and ask
yourself, “How do I want to feel as a result of the experience?” That’s it.
7) No topics are off limits, so be free share whatever you wish to share. Private
sessions are completely private and when I say I heard it all over the years, you
can believe me. It’s all good.
8) Please remember to relax and have fun with the experience. Whatever you’re
bringing to the table, even when it feels like a really big deal, you’re likely not very
far from aligning yourself with your desires and experiencing them. The “goal” of
these sessions is for you to relax, drop your resistance, and begin allowing what
you really want again.
9) The most common feelings after a session are (in no order), 1) relief, 2) clarity,
3) freedom, 4) peace. And yes, every now and again your head may be swirling
from being led in to a whirlwind of new information. If this is the case, just let go
of the session, move on with your day, and don’t be surprised when things start to
click later on.
10) Sessions can be recorded so you can listen back. If you want to record it,
great. If you want me to record it and send you the MP3, just request this at the
start of the session and it will take me 3 minutes to set it up. Can be very valuable.
11) If you feel great value from the experience, please tell someone cool (friends,
family) you think would benefit from the experience and as a thank you, I will offer
